The sample calculator
The demo calculates sample estimates in your browser. It does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or property address, and does not save a cleaning inquiry. Your calculator choices reset when you reload the page.
Pilot enrollment is paused
This site currently has no pilot-interest form and stores no pilot-interest submissions. Enrollment will open only when private storage and a protected owner view are available. The planned form will ask for business name, business email, and interest in paying $10/month, solely to evaluate the pilot and discuss participation. A contact route, retention period, and deletion process must be disclosed before collection begins.
Pilot accounts and published quote pages
Pilot accounts use the existing MadeThis-supported password authentication. A cleaning business can save private pricing drafts and explicitly publish a quote page. The business display name, configured prices, service-area postal codes, qualifications, and selected business contact or booking links become public on publication. Drafts and inquiries are scoped to the signed-in business owner. No property address is requested.
Booking inquiries and deletion
Customers see an estimate first. Sending a saved inquiry in this pilot requires a name and email or phone, with no customer account; a preferred date and short notes are optional. These details, job inputs, pricing-rule snapshot, and estimate are shared privately with that cleaning business for responding to the inquiry. No marketing reuse or inquiry emails are enabled. Records remain until the business deletes an inquiry or its profile. Non-contact submission receipts, including private hashes of contact methods for guest abuse protection, prevent duplicate saves and limit abuse; they remain until the business profile is deleted. Pausing a quote page does not delete data. Request deletion through that business's published contact links. Owners can export CSV, delete individual inquiries, or delete their business and all saved inquiries in the private dashboard. Deleting only business data keeps the sign-in account. Owners can separately delete their account and all business data in the dashboard, which removes credentials, sessions, reset codes, inquiries, submission receipts, and owned workspaces. Password recovery uses a single-use link valid for one hour when platform email delivery is configured. Successful recovery signs out previous sessions. Paid accounts must resolve subscription cancellation before account deletion. Hosting backups may retain deleted data under the platform’s retention policy; that backup retention period is not yet verified. Do not put property addresses or sensitive details in notes.
Billing and service responsibility
The proposed subscription is $10 USD/month, not available for purchase. No charges or subscription cancellation flow are enabled. Pilot access is not a permanent free hosted plan. Estimates are not confirmed bookings. The cleaning business confirms final price, availability, and provides the cleaning service. Existing booking links lead to the business's own booking provider and its terms.
Hosting and usage information
The hosting platform may process technical request information needed to serve and secure this site. If platform-provided usage analytics are configured, they may record page visits and browser identifiers using cookies or browser storage. Automatic form capture and session recording are disabled; inquiry contact details are not added to analytics. Analytics availability and provider retention periods have not been verified. Do not enter personal details into the sample calculator.
