NeatQuote service terms

NeatQuote helps independent residential cleaning businesses publish pricing estimates and receive inquiries. The public demo uses sample prices and does not offer a cleaning service.

This is an estimate, not a confirmed booking. The cleaning business will confirm the final price and availability. The cleaning business sets its prices, defines its service area, and provides the cleaning service. NeatQuote does not schedule or fulfill cleaning jobs.

Unsupported locations, unusually large homes, hazardous cleanup, hoarding, commercial contracts, and complex move-out work need a personalized quote. Contact the cleaning business through its published contact details. An existing booking link is subject to that business and its booking provider's terms.

Businesses must review their pricing rules and examples before explicitly publishing, keep their contact details accurate, and handle customer inquiries responsibly. Owners can pause their page, export inquiries, or delete business data in the private dashboard. Do not submit property addresses or sensitive information in notes.

Current access is a pilot. The proposed subscription is $10 USD/month and is not available for purchase. No checkout, automatic trial charges, or permanent free hosted plan is offered. Pilot access permits 100 saved inquiries per rolling 30 days; at the limit, customers can still get an estimate and contact the business directly. No overage charges apply. No inquiry emails are enabled.
